Winegar Pottery at Lubeznik Arts Festival

A jar made by Winegar Pottery in La Porte Indiana. The technique uses a tan and brown glaze and the lid of the jar is accented with a sliced fossil of a nautilus shell.

Jim & Linda Winegar at Winegar Pottery will be among the 80+ artists participating in the Lubeznik Arts Festival on August 15 & 16, at the Lubeznik Center for the Arts (101 W 2nd St., Michigan City, IN). We’ve been busy creating lots of new items for the event, as well as some new glaze combinations that we’re excited about.


This is the 44th year for the Arts Festival, which will also include local food vendors, a beer & wine tent, kids activities, live demos and the “Kindred Spirits” exhibit inside the Lubeznik Center. We hope you’ll join us for a fun weekend.Join us for a fun weekend.


If you can’t attend the Lubeznik Arts Festival, you can visit our gallery/studio at 1265 W 650 N, in LaPorte where we also provide classes and clay experiences for groups. Collective members receive a 15% discount on all pottery purchases and classes.
