I am a dad, filmmaker, folk singer, and hiking enthusiast. My passion for making little movies started when I was 10 when my sister and I made a sitcom with our G.I Joes called G.I. Joe Yo! I decided to go to film school where I developed a love of documentaries and started making my own vignettes on interesting people I was acquainted with. One was an old karate instructors, another was a seasoned pin stripe artist. I was inspired by the work of Errol Morris and the way he captures a slice of life on film. I wanted to emulate that style and document candid moments of human connection to tell the story.  After film school I continued making short films and mini-docs outside of my day job but the dream was to make money with my camera. I started making promotional videos for friends with small businesses which lead into filming street festivals, speaking engagements, and some product spots. Over the years I’ve honed my skills as a cinematographer, editor, and story teller and have since been able to pour myself into making making cinematic content full time.
