About Jenn
Hello I'm Jennifer Howe, I run Howe Farms with my husband and kiddos. I grew up in Saint John, Indiana and have a degree in Elementary Education. I love gardening and being outside. I don't have a farm background and growing up I never had a family pet. Now I never know if I'm going to come home to an animal in my house. Mother nature is my teacher, each and every year brings new challenges to overcome and grow from.
About Steve
Steve Howe was born and raised in Highland, IN, and has remained in the midwest his entire life. After teaching middle school for over a decade, Steve left his job in 2017 to focus 100% on Howe Farms.
Howe Farms is a family owned and operated farm in Crown Point Indiana. They raise hops, produce, and non-gmo, corn free, soy free pork, eggs, and chickens.

We are craft farmers raising livestock, hops, and produce.
hobbies/favorite pastime
Traveling...anywhere. With farming there are no time days off. Holidays, wedding, and or vacations are no exceptions, animals needs to eat and gardens needs to be tended to 365 days a year. Luckily my father-in-law has helped us out many of times so we could get away for a few days.
