I’m the founder of Graceful Exit. I live in Valparaiso, IN with my husband and 2 boys but I am originally from Illinois. I have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Purdue University and most of my relevant work experience is in Human Resources. I have always loved helping others. Whether in the workplace or philanthropically. We volunteer as a family with several organizations just as I did growing up so that our boys can see the importance of giving back. 

Graceful Exit was an idea I have had since 2019 when my mother-in-law passed away suddenly and did not have her affairs in order. We were left with many unknowns and it got me to thinking how many other families go through this and are not able to grieve properly. I will be able to assist families in a true time of need and allow them to take care of themselves. I will also be able to assist individuals with planning out their affairs well before they pass away so they can give their "roadmaps" to their family members ahead of time. This is something that is never too early to think about
