TC members are invited to join us at FLUID Coffee Roasters – Michigan City on Thursday, November 6th at 10:00 AM for an exclusive formal coffee cupping hosted by FLUID Coffee Roasters in collaboration with The Collective.

Together, we’ll explore 7–8 single-origin coffees, including four standouts from our current lineup:
☕ Sand + Steel — our celebrated collaboration with the Indiana Dunes Tourism Department, featuring notes of apricot, blackberry, cocoa butter, and mandarin zest.
☕ Ethiopia — ripe pear, pistachio, and raw honey.
☕ Brazil — hazelnut, cacao nib, and maple syrup.
☕ Honduras — toasted almond, black cherry, and dark chocolate.
A formal cupping is the global industry standard for tasting and evaluating coffee. Each participant will experience the coffees through aroma and taste at multiple stages of brewing, learning to identify their unique profiles, origins, and roast characteristics — just as professional roasters and Q-graders do.
This session offers an opportunity to connect, learn, and refine your sensory skills in a guided and inspiring setting. Space is limited; we invite all Collective members and coffee lovers to join us for this immersive morning in the craft of coffee.
