Hi, I’m Katrina, founder of Up4Movement! I studied, worked and travelled abroad for most of my life before settling in NWI area. My experiences eventually guided me towards what I love the most - helping others unlock their potential to accomplish great(er!) things through healthier lifestyles. Nothing energizes me more than movement and helping others improve their health to be at their best, through all aspects and stages of life – which is exactly the mission of the company.

I speak Danish and German! Pretty fun party tricks... :-) Definitely not useless talents!
