I’m Courtney, owner of Growing Girls Farm, a mother of three girls, two dogs, two birds, and have a very supportive husband named Clint. He has encouraged me to follow my dreams, which started with making fresh smoothies and salads at the Valparaiso Farmer's Market and has evolved into having my own food truck this summer. I am also supplying fresh salads and snacks at the fabulous newly opened Alignment Network in Valpo.

I'm a girl who always enjoys being in the garden, visiting Farmer's Markets all around the world, traveling, and breaking bread with a nice glass of red, sitting around a table with friends and family.
