I have lived in NWI the past 10+ years and currently live in Chesterton with my husband and daughter. I have a degree in Supply Chain from IU and spent many years pursuing a corporate career in procurement and production planning.
I am a certified trainer and nutrition coach, involved in the industry for close to two decades. After leaving my corporate career and starting our family, I decided to pursue my goal of helping people live more active and fulfilled lives.. and the services side of Back 40 was born! It's incredibly rewarding connecting with our clients on such a personal level and leaving a positive impact along the way.

I love anything outdoors and movement! Our family loves to spend time camping and hanging out with our labrador, Hazel!
