I found the practice of yoga in 2002 when I was juggling my job as a legal assistant in Chicago with marriage and 3 little children. Yoga provided the most important lessons I have ever learned which are: connection with my breath, physical embodiment and reflection of my emotions. This was a game changer and spilled over into my entire life providing me with the tools to stay calm, focused and loving.

Yoga made me realize that I am a natural leader and creator so - In 2017 we bought the building at 1605 LaPorte Avenue and completely transformed it into an oasis of beauty, connection and love. When you walk through the doors you can't help but to take a deep breath and exhale the stresses of your day - it's an extraordinary space. We are doing extraordinary things here - it is my life's purpose to guide people to peace, unity and collective care.
