Hometown Health & Wellness Opens New Location
Hometown Health and Wellness recently celebrated the grand opening of our new location at 1104 6th Street in La Porte. In our new location we have added several new wellness services including infrared saunas, halo(salt) therapy room, expanded IV Vitamin infusion space, massage chairs, wellness/nutrition classes, and we will be adding a second nurse practitioner in August.
We are very excited to continue offering direct primary care and wellness services to La Porte and the surrounding communities. The new facility and services will allow us to ensure we are helping our patients become the healthiest and most well version of themselves!
