    • Up to two 2-hour training sessions (in person or virtual)

    • Learn to set expectations for you and your team (time management, accountability, etc.)

    • Develop a training program for your new and existing team (team analysis, policies, procedures, etc.)

    • Includes two 30-minute follow-up consultations (phone or video)

  • Interviewing & Recruiting

    Starting at $250

    • One training session (two hours max, in person or virtual)

    • Learn to analyze interviews, develop a team evaluation document, interview prep, best recruiting practice

    • Includes two 30-minute follow up consultations (phone or video)

    • Joint interview consultation with up to two candidates ($30 per additional interview)

  • Visual Representation

    Starting at $200

    • One in-person visual consultation (up to two hours)

    • Business image consultation, product placement walk-through, physical movement of layout Includes two 30-minute follow up consultations (phone or video)

    • Also available for small businesses who set up booths at markets

  • Customer Service Skills Expectations

    Starting at $250

    • One training session ( two hours max, in person or virtual)

    • Create a streamlined service environment that fits your brand image

    • Develop training step guidelines and brand service initiatives

    • Includes two 30-minute follow up consultations (phone or video)

  • Monthly Continuing Consultation

    $100/month // Must book a minimum of 3 months

    • Available only for clients who have already used Jaber’s services

    • Covers any basic questions or brainstorming ideas

    • Includes up to 2 hours virtual consultation per month.

      • May be broken down into two 1- hour consultations/month

    • Consultation sessions that are not used each month may not be refunded or carried over to the following month
