Lauren Najar is a business strategist, founder and CEO of Lauren Najar Coaching LLC. She also operates a marketing and lead generation agency called LCN Consulting where she offers done-for-you services within marketing strategy, social media management and lead generation. Her coaching business was founded in 2018 and her agency businesses was founded in 2021. She works with businesses in providing them clarity on direction of their strategy and goals, finding new strategies to grow their business and helps the business connect with new leads online and in person.

Lauren is a Northwest Indiana native and is married to her husband Darrin. They are expecting a daughter in June 2023 and currently reside in Merrillville with their dog Belle. She is a huge Chicago sports fan and loves checking out new breweries, wineries and restaurants. Lauren's background consists of ten years of retail banking experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Purdue Northwest.
