What started as a hobby, making products for friends and gift giving has led to an incredible small business. As a seasoned nurse from La Porte, I have been contributing to improving the health of my patients for years. Now I am focusing on offering products for well being and relaxation. Breath.Live.Be was created to remind others to take a deep breath, live the best you can, and be in every moment.
I have been married to my supportive and patient husband Tucker for 28 years. We have 3 beautiful, amazing children Nick, Megan and Ethan; golden retrievers, Chewbacca and Jack; and Sophie the cat. We are lucky to have a wonderful family and incredible circle of friends.

As a new member, my hope is to grow my business and be a part of a larger network of individuals allowing us to share experiences and knowledge and help give back to the community that has been good to us.
